  • What if I forgot my password?

    No problem ! If you forget your password, on Login window, search for the text/url "Forgot password?", and add your email address. An email will be send to your account email to recover your password.
  • Can I allow someone else to use my login?

    Yes, this is your choice. However, please be aware that you are responsible for any action happening in your account.
  • Can I cancel my reservation ?

    Yes, if your reservation still active. But be aware that if it's under cancellation policy, cancellation charge could be apply or no refund. We suggest to read the cancellation policy terms before proceed booking.
  • Who should I contact about my account ?

    Please send us directly a email to ttops@tourtourist.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible within 24 hours.
  • How can I pay my reservation ?

    You can pay for all your reservations services on TourTourist.com via Mastercard, Visa or Amex credit card only.
  • How do I know that my reservation is confirmed or not?

    Just after your successful payment via credit card on TourTourist.com, you will be redirect to "My Booking" page where you can print out your reservation voucher. However, if your email it's correct, TourTourist.com will also send you a booking confirmation email voucher.
  • How long in advance can I make a reservation?

    We advise you to make a reservation few months in advance to get benefits of potential discount and to not get disappointed on the last minute booking that couldn't be available or more expensive. However, you will have to remember that you have made the reservation!!!
